Before you write
Let us know your iOS version and what you already tried — it helps us answer faster.
Your data never leaves your device, so we can't see your client list. Please describe the issue instead of sending personal data.
Backup, export and restore
Pocket Client Book keeps everything on your iPhone. With PRO you can back up to iCloud Drive and export a .json or .pcbbackup file in Settings → Backup.
Moving to a new phone? Export on the old device, then restore from the file or from iCloud on the new one.
Reminders and messages
Appointment reminders are local notifications on your device.
When you tap to message a client, the app opens Messages, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber with a ready-to-send draft — you send it yourself. The app never sends anything in the background.
Purchases, trial and PRO
PRO is available as a subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, with a free trial. The everyday client book and calendar stay free.
If you reinstalled the app or switched device, open the PRO screen and tap Restore Purchases. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. Prices are set by Apple and vary by country or region.
Your data and privacy
The app works offline, with no account and no servers, and we don't collect or track your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
